Bromelina 2500 GDU
It is used to improve circulation and skin tropism, as it plays antithrombotic action, because it can dissolve the atherosclerotic plaques, thereby preventing the formation of blood clots within the blood vessels. For this reason it is useful in the presence of varicose veins and circulation diseases. It is also used as an anti-edema, particularly effective in the treatment of localized localized inflammation soft tissue associated with trauma, in post-operative tissue reactions and in the presence of edema or cellulite (localized lipodystrophy), bruising and hematomas as it accelerates the reabsorption of hemorrhagic extravasation.

Esperidina
Hesperidin is a flavonoid that keeps healthy capillary by reducing permeability and making them stronger to breakage and bleeding. It is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of varicose veins, of the phlebitic complications, of hemorrhoids and in the states of capillary fragility, as it reduces the permeability and fragility of capillary walls, and increases its resistance. Hesperidin also has significant antioxidant and antiphlogistic properties.

Diosmina
It is a glycol flavonoid naturally present in different plant species. It is the most effective in the treatment of varicose veins, and lymphedema whose mechanism of action would be attributable to an increase in the drainage of the lymphatic vessels, the endothelial protection and to an improvement of the venous tone.

Escina
Escin is the most important active ingredient together with flavonoids, for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and vasoprotective properties, giving the plant anti-edema and vasoconstrictor properties. In fact, this precious active ingredient is able to reduce the activity of elastase and hyaluronidase, two enzymes that attack the endothelium of the vessels and the extracellular matrix, weakening the structure.
Reducing the activity of these enzymes, the vessels regain the normal resistance and permeability. It is widely used in the treatment of all circulatory disorders in peripheral venous insufficiency conditions and in phlebitic syndromes. The capillary protective and decongestant action consists in the improvement of the microcirculation by reducing the permeability of capillaries, thus promoting lymphatic drainage. Fights water retention of sodium and chlorides, stimulating diuresis, through a draining action.

Centella asiatica
The properties of Asian Centella are enclosed in aerial parts, rich in triterpenoid saponins (asiaticoside and madecassicoside), essential oil and other polyphenols with antioxidant properties. The best known properties are the ones that concern the benefits that can be found against venous insufficiency, especially in the lower limbs, in the case of varicose veins. Clinical studies have shown that an extract of Centella asiatica improves the elasticity of the veins and protect them in case of venous hypertension.

Heparin
Heparin is a molecule with natural anticoagulant activity, produced in the apparatus of Golgi of basophils and mast cells. It binds naturally to a blood factor, anti-thrombin III, an inhibitor enzyme that as a result of the bond with the same heparin changes conformation exposing its active site. Heparin is widely used as a blood thinner.
